Mount St. Joseph Rehab Center offers diverse care options, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term, hospice, and respite care, personalized through collaborative planning. Our facility is structured into five neighborhoods with private rooms, promoting a community feel. Consistent staffing and shared spaces ensure tailored care and efficient, streamlined communication.

Five neighborhoods create a close-knit feeling of community – with a total of 90 private rooms. Residents are served by many of the same nurses, staff and state tested nursing assistants on a regular basis. Residents share a dining area in their neighborhood and live among people requiring the same level of care and length of stay. These neighborhoods enhance privacy and security, improve communication among staff and make use of electronic charting for overall improved efficiencies.
