Physical Therapy

During your first therapy session, your physical therapist will examine and assess your needs. He or she will ask you questions about your pain or other symptoms, your ability to move or do everyday tasks, how well you sleep and your medical history. Together with supervision from a doctor, he/she will assess your needs and develop a plan of care. The physical therapist may perform hands-on treatments for your symptoms and teach you special exercises to help restore your function.

The end goal is to ease pain and improve function, movement, and live a more fulfilling life.   Physical therapy at Mount St. Joseph Rehab Center can assist you with:
